This workshop will guide you through unique Yoga Tune Up® Self-massage techniques and corrective exercises that will roll out tension, improve your breathing and break dysfunctional movement patterns in the upper body.
Restore is a functional movement program focused on optimal body alignment to use throughout your day, exercise and life. Restore guides you to learn the alignment points and your muscular tension patterns as well as enhance your body awareness so that you become stronger, more balanced, mobile and free of pain. You will Restore muscle length, hydrate tissues and minimize wear and tear of joints as well as prepare you for a “nutritious” walk.
