TIME FOR SOMETHING NEW FOR BACK PAIN! We are excited to introduce Bill Brandewie. He will be teaching a yoga class with a specialty in back care. No yoga experience required! Bill’s intro to yoga was physical therapy as a result of two broken vertebra, L4 & L5. Struggling with back pain for years, through a physical therapist with back expertise, he learned that the positions for strengthening his back were related to yoga poses. The PT told him to do these exercises every day & he would maintain a healthy back & spine. Bill began teaching yoga & has been helping clients with back issues for over 21 years. Today at 71, Bill has a strong back & body without drugs or surgery. He taught yoga at LA Fitness for 10 years & is currently teaching at other clubs in the Dayton area. Participants in his classes rave about the improvement & results from his classes. He will be offering his class at My Pilates Studio starting Monday August 5 at 8:30am. There is a $10 drop in fee.
