We are offering Group Pilates Circuit Classes & Private Instruction if preferred. All mom’s to be or new mom’s need to schedule a personal consultation to review their fitness level & goals. During the month of August, when purchasing a package for group or private sessions, you will get a complimentary class of the same purchased to be used before or after the arrival of the baby.
We have different options – first is our Group Prenatal Classes which include using the Pilates Equipment & some Matwork. We keep the classes to no more than 5 or 6. Our current Group Class is Wednesday’s at 5pm. We are in the process of putting together an earlier class so would love your suggestions that work for your schedule. We also have private sessions available.
These classes (whether group or private) allow us to work with you on the equipment & mat providing a well rounded program designed specifically for your changing pregnant body, as well as the recovering body as a new mom. Pilates workouts target the key muscles that support the growing belly and strengthen the muscles that will help during labor, delivery & recovery. You will learn proper breathing, postural awareness ad safe stretches to ease neck & upper back tension, tight hips & aching feet!
Classes will include a series of safe & effective home practice exercises for the early postpartum period.
My Pilates Studio class offerings are growing! We Have added additional class times due to the popularity of our Prenatal/Post Natal Pilates. If you know of anyone that would benefit from our Prenatal & Postnatal classes or business types (OB/Gyn, Pediatricians or Pregnancy, or Mom related groups) – please share this with them.
