Summer is here & My Pilates Studio would like for everyone that has not had the chance to try Pilates to experience the amazing benefits of Pilates.
By now, most of you have heard of Pilates but many haven’t gotten to actually feel how it creates a mind/body connection, the strengthening of the core, the gentle, yet effective way Pilates will lengthen & strengthen your muscles & how it addresses balance which is so important to being safe in our bodies.
We are creating some 30 minute Group Reformer sessions to help those new to Pilates an opportunity to experience it first hand & how it feels in your body. Each class is open to new clients, men or women, that have never done Pilates Reformer before. We are limiting class size to 4 participants to allow us to effectively take you through an essential sampling of a Pilates Reformer class. This is a great opportunity to ask a friend to join you!
