What is Roll and Restore?
Roll and Restore is a comprehensive approach to whole body alignment and rolling out stressful tension

Are you are weekend “couch potato” and a weekday desk jockey?
Shoulder, Upper Back, Arm and Wrist Pain, along with postural alignment dysfunction is at an all-time high. We LOVE our cell phones, mp3 players, tablets and kindle. But there are consequences from the downward position of our heads and forward thrust of the cervical spine that causes excessive strain on our entire spinal system.
Roll out stressful tension
This weekly class will guide you through unique Yoga Tune Up® Self-massage techniques and corrective exercises that will roll out tension with foam rollers and yoga balls, improve your breathing and break dysfunctional movement patterns in the upper body.
Restore is a functional movement program focused on optimal body alignment to use throughout your day, exercise and life. Restore guides you to learn the alignment points and your muscular tension patterns as well as enhance your body awareness so that you become stronger, more balanced, mobile and free of pain.
You will Restore muscle length, hydrate tissues and minimize wear and tear of joints as well as prepare you for a “nutritious” walk.
