Cancellations
A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for a session. This notice allows the instructor to place another client in that time slot. For a personal illness or child’s, studio must be contacted by 9am the day of the appointment. Work conflicts and travel absence will be accepted as long as the 24 hour notice is given. If an instructor is unable to teach due to illness or vacation, client will be given alternate times and in some circumstances, another qualified instructor may substitute.

COVID Information
Ohio updated the Health Restriction protocols for COVID-19 and the CDC updated the recommendations for COVID-19 vaccinated individuals. As a business owner, it brings up another set of sensitivities to navigate that I was not expecting so soon. As to the June 2, 2021 date Gov DeWine has provided for Ohio, we will be easing into this date with the following guidelines for the studio.
Beginning June 2, 2021 all vaccinated persons, who have provided us their vaccination status, are free to remove their masks. If you have not yet gotten vaccinated, we are requesting that you continue to wear your masks. Of course, anyone preferring to continue wearing their masks are welcome to do so.
As this is an ever-evolving situation, we know that COVID is not gone as well as we know that colds & flus will continue to be a part of our lives. As viruses are seasonal, you may choose to wear your mask at other times during the year for health reasons. We appreciate your consideration if you are experiencing any symptoms that could be infectious. If you are in any way not feeling well, we request that you stay home. Lockers will open up June 2 for jackets & purses. Continue to keep all shoes in the cubbies to keep the lockers clean. Fans will not be available to use at the June 2 date until later. We will open up reformers to full capacity but will put friends next to each other that spend time together outside of the studio.
