All of our new instructors are Stott trained which according to latest issue of \u201cPilates Style\u201d magazine, \u201cThe Stott training is top-notch and cannot beat the quality. It is thorough &amp; the in-depth anatomy education gives teachers the ability to look at clients from a corrective perspective. The injury &amp; special populations portion of Stott training is informative &amp; provides a strong knowledge base for working with clients with post-rehab needs &amp; injuries. The Stott Pilates training program is challenging but worth the hard work. \u201d Call the studio at 438-5151 to schedule an apprentice training session for only $35 or a package of 8 sessions for $256. Stott Pilates, the Harvard of Pilates training, is about Intelligent Exercise.
