\nPerhaps only when they hurt & when they aren’t happy – we aren’t happy!<\/p>\n

Feet are what carry you through every day at work or play. Feet are wonderful, marvelous intricate, useful yet very neglected. Painful unhappy feet can affect you emotionally and physically. The way you walk can determine back, hip and knee pain.<\/p>\n

In this innovative and playful workshop, we will explore the power of the feet and how that relates to standing, squatting, walking. This workshop is designed to liberate your feet with corrective exercises, strengthening while creating awareness and lasting relief. Expect to be challenged in a fun and supportive environment.<\/p>\n

You will unlock the power of your feet and cultivate vibrancy throughout your entire body.<\/p>\n

Taught by Julia Lamm, E-RYT-500 and Restorative Exercise Specialist. Julia teaches yoga and movement heavily influenced by the science of human movement, biomechanics and her innate and life long curiosity of the workings of the human body. Explore playful, innovative, and creative variations of movement modalities to instill strength, mobility, joint health, and motor control. What can you expect when you practice with Julia? – A radical new way of moving and understanding your body.
