Rosalyn grew up dancing and doing ballet, so movement has always been a big part of her life. She discovered reformer pilates after graduate school and quickly fell in love with how it combines strength, control, and mindful movement. She also enjoys running and has completed four half marathons since moving to Dayton, appreciating how pilates complements her active lifestyle and helps with injury prevention.
After completing her Stott Pilates training, Rosalyn is excited to share her love of movement with others and help clients feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies. Outside of the studio, she works as a genetic counselor at a local hospital. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, discovering new local coffee shops, and taking care of her ever-growing collection of houseplants.
