Balance Equipment


Light equipment incorporated into workouts is designed to activate core stability and enhance functional fitness. Performing exercises on an unstable base of support engages deep stabilizing muscles to maintain body position, increasing workout efficiency and delivering faster results.

Resistance Equipment


Designed to add variety and challenge to Matwork routines, an array of resistance props can be used to develop muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Increasingly used to target and strengthen specific muscle groups for sports such as tennis or golf.

Spine Supporter


The Spine Supporter is ideal for reducing neck tension while it stabilizes the spine for exercises on the mat and other equipment. It is used frequently as an assistive tool for those with weak lower backs, to modify exercises during pregnancy, and to develop proper form for abdominal work.

Spine Corrector


The Spine Corrector, with its slanted platform and wooden handgrips, can be used to perform a wide variety of exercises to lengthen and strengthen the torso, back shoulders and legs.

Arc Barrels


Arc Barrels help in modifying exercises to increase or decrease the degree of challenge desired. They are ideal for rehab and to assist with Matwork exercises, the Barrel’s gentle curve helps decompress and lengthen the spine.

Ladder Barrel


The Ladder Barrel is designed for core conditioning and to increase flexibility. It challenges core stability and strength for everyone from beginner to the fully conditioned.

Stability Chair


The multifunctional Split-Pedal Stability Chair is ideal for those needing to stay in a seated or upright position. The chair helps rebalance muscles and provides a full-body workout. It also facilitates high-performance exercises for athletes and the very fit.

Cadillac Trapeze Table

Rehab Reformer

  • Workshop: How is Your Balance? One spot left. In this class series we will be focusing on improving your balance as well as doing Pilates. Let’s do some balance testing in week 1 and then each week learn home exercises that you can practice until the next class to help improve stability and balance reactions.
