Prenatal Pilates – Small Group Circuit Training Mondays at 5:00 PM.
Our prenatal classes are designed for the changing pregnant body & will target the key muscles that support the growing belly & strengthen the muscles that will help during labor, delivery & recovery.
A safe, yet challenging class will include a circuit of Pilates equipment as well as Pilates based mat using props focusing on strengthening the abdominals, pelvic floor & upper back.
Class size is limited to 6 & private sessions are available. Registration and Doctor’s note required.
