With over 20 years in Dayton, changing bodies one at a time, our growth has given us the gift of many clients wanting to experience the amazing benefits of Pilates.

We’re looking to add a Pilates Instructor to our boutique studio for private and duet sessions. This opportunity is ideal for a teacher seeking additional teaching hours in a supportive, client-focused environment.We are not looking to pull anyone away from another studio, just offering space to grow.

This holiday season, My Pilates Studio had the honor of adopting underprivileged children in grades 1-3 at Ruskin School through Operation Angels. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our clients, these children received coats, boots, socks, hats, gloves and toys, simple necessities that made a world of difference and helped make their Christmas truly special.

Your kindness did more than provide gifts; it brought warmth, dignity and joy to these children and their families. Operation Angels was truly a gift of love and we are deeply grateful to be part of a community that gives so generously.

Thank you for helping us share the spirit of the season and reminding us all of the power of compassion.

The holidays are upon us & a time to be generous to children much less fortunate than we are. My Pilates Studio is once again excited to support the children in grades 1-3 in the Ruskin Elementary School, located in a low income neighborhood of East Dayton. My Pilates Studio is partnering with groups dedicated to helping families find stability and overcome challenges.
I am so grateful the My Pilates Studio community is willing to make a difference for these children and their families. All of you being a part of this represents the very best spirit of the holidays. Your generosity is much appreciated!
To provide gifts for a child, please stop by the Studio and choose as many cut-out angels from the four baskets as you wish. The baskets contain different items the children need. One basket has angels for coats, sweaters & sweatshirts ranging in size from 6-12. A second has angels for boots & socks ranging in sizes from 1-13. The third basket has angels for hats & gloves ranging in sizes from small to large. The fourth basket & most exciting for the kids is toys for ages 6-10. Please drop off your items by December 20th & to help us distribute the gifts, attach the angels to the gifts.
