May is for Celebrating Moms!

This Mother’s Day, My Pilates Studio would like to celebrate all deserving moms with a fabulous offering of the gift of health! 

 

Whether it be a growing bump, a new little bundle, an active toddler or watching your child growing up before your eyes –  Pilates is a wonderful exercise that is ideal for toning & strengthening muscles, creating flexibility & increasing those endorphins which are responsible for happier moods & more restful sleep. 

We offer Pilates for all moms – including prenatal, postpartum and moms that wear hats for all the different stages of parenting!
