Schedule Online

Our online classes are now up & running beginning Monday March 23. We have included a schedule of classes taking place during our temporary closing. If there is another time or day you would like for us to consider, please share your thoughts. If you have any props at home such as balls, bands, weights, rollers…let us know & we will offer a specialty class. Your teacher will reach out to you to make sure you are able to connect to the class as simply as possible. Classes are pre-registration only so you have several options to accomplish that: You can sign-up via MindBody, contact your instructor to do it for you or email me at info@mypilatesstudiodayton.com. Giving the teacher a little notice is most helpful.
