Does your work schedule keep you from getting your workout in?
Do you like to workout first thing in the morning so you know you have taken care of you?
Do you love the way Pilates lengthens, strengthens, tones & sculpts your body?
We may have a solution for you – Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 am, we offer you a class to make sure you are able to get your workouts in.
Tuesday Pilates Mat with Stacey 6:30-7:30 am. This hour class allow you to enjoy the amazing benefits of Pilates with a talented instructor.
Classes require registration due to the early hour.
