Attention Early Risers – Wishing to get a workout in before your work day gets started?

Does your work schedule keep you from getting your workout in?
Do you like to workout first thing in the morning so you know you have taken care of you?
Do you love the way Pilates lengthens, strengthens, tones & sculpts your body?
We may have a solution for you – Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-7:30am, we offer you an option of classes to make sure you are able to get your workouts in.
Tuesday Pilates Mat with Stacey 6:30-7:30am
Thursday Pilates Group Reformer with Susan 6:30-7:30am
Both allow you to enjoy the amazing benefits of Pilates with two talented instructors.
Classes require registration due to the early hour.
