Pink Ribbon Girls Mat Class

Thank you to the Pink Ribbons Girls for joining us this past Saturday for a special Pilates mat class! Such a wonderful group of women with amazing strength & drive. Cheryl did a fabulous job of sharing the gift of Pilates with each of them!My Pilates Studio is so honored to be a part of the Pink Ribbon Girls program offering the ladies complimentary Pilates mat classes to aid in their recovery, strengthen, flexibility & an opportunity to bond with others who have shared their journey. To use Pilates for purposes of healing & building friendships takes what we do to a new level of importance & gratitude for being a part of such an incredible organization. Their mission is to “Balance the fear and uncertainty that breast cancer brings to individuals and families by providing direct services, education, and support. No one travels this road alone!” Give them your support as it means so much to everyone touched by breast cancer.
