In this workshop, you will practice specific ball rolling massage techniques for feet, ankles, facial muscles and neck that will roll out tension, improve your breathing, and break dysfunctional movement patterns.
We will end the workshop with a guided therapeutic breathing practice leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed!
