My Pilates Studio is excited to share that all of our instructors have completed the STOTT PILATES Injuries & Special Populations (ISP). Our congratulations to Kim Anderson, Summer Bair, Becky Combs, Cheryl Longinow, Coleen Maples, Jill Monsour, Lilly Seitter, Lee Anne Stone, Marissa Todd, and Nettie Zeppettella.

Why is this important to you? The ISP course equips our instructors with the skills required to address a broad range of physical challenges among clients. Building on STOTT PILATES knowledge, ISP teaches instructors to customize workouts to address client weaknesses, health conditions, postural problems or injuries. Even ‘healthy’ bodies require customized attention to ensure correct alignment in workouts. My Pilates Studio is chosen by so many clients as their avenue to wellness & fitness due to our commitment to our advanced training and creative instruction.

Our number one goal is to provide you with safe and effective conditioning, which enables your body to move freely. You will notice that you have more energy, and are less susceptible to stress and tension in a few short weeks. We offer classes and sessions in innovative and life-changing disciplines. Not only will you notice a change in your body, you will enjoy the new found optimism and serenity that comes from engaging your body — as well as your mind — in exercise.
