We offer many Group Reformer class/Cardio JumpBoard class options for everyone’s hectic schedules:
Mondays – 9am, 10am, 4pm, 6pm
Tuesdays – 11:30am, 5:30pm, 7:30pm
Wednesdays – 8:30am, 6pm, 7pm
Thursdays – 6:30am, 10am, 6pm
Fridays – 9am, 10am
Saturdays – 10am, 11am
We also have 2 Cardio JumpBoard classes:
Thursdays – 9am
Saturdays – 9am
Preregistration required for all Group Reformer/Cardio JumpBoard class. No excuses…make Pilates a priority!
