We will be using BOSU in many unique ways to build strength in the upper and lower body and core.
True balance isn’t just “not falling.” It requires a lot of activity to stabilize your body and keep it “still.”
Add versatility and fun to your usual workouts by making them challenging and interesting on an uneven surface.
