We want to share the gift of Pilates by offering a complimentary Intro Pilates Group Reformer Class. Classes are 30 minutes & limited to 6 guests. Registration is required to attend & only one free class per person. Must be a client new to the studio. Class is held on Saturday at 1pm. Contact My Pilates Studio at (937)-438-5151 to register. ELDERBERRY AND FIRE CIDER SYRUPS – ANTI-VIRAL PROTECTION & IMMUNITY SUPPORT THROUGH IMMUNE BOOSTING INGREDIENTS
Elderberry Syrup – A “go-to” remedy for avoiding colds & flu. Use as a preventative with a spoonful or two a day, or at the first sign of cold symptoms. Take frequent doses – spoonful every couple hours throughout the day. Ingredients include, elderberries, tart cherry juice, honey, licorice root, freshly ground black pepper, dried rosemary & rosehips. (good for up to one year)
Fire Cider – Intended to support immunity and digestion. A traditional folk remedy for the cold and flu season. Take by the spoonful or diluted in water. Take 1-2 Tbsp throughout the fall and winter months to support immune function, or every 3-4 hours if cold and flu symptoms are present. Makes a great salad dressing or added to a cocktail! Ingredients – raw apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, onion, garlic, rishi, horseradish, cayenne, raw local honey, astragalus, lemon, rosemary
