-At My Pilates Studio, we believe that Pilates is an exercise modality that creates balance in the body, core strength, flexibility & a way to maintain a desired quality of life. We want to share the gift of Pilates by offering a complimentary Intro Pilates Group Reformer Class. Classes are 30 minutes & limited to 6.
